Product Design
It's all about people and designing pieces with them.
There are profound challenges in how we experience digital and physical worlds. Broken systems that frustrate rather than excite. Interfaces that exclude rather than embrace. Technologies that isolate rather than connect. Products that lack humanity.
My work focuses on discovering how people interact with different systems in the digital and physical world, uncovering the stories within. I talk with people and learn from them. Their behaviours, emotions, and unheard needs. By translating these insights into design, I construct experiences that excite people.
Define + Design
"Design is a process. One starts with a need, a problem, and ends up with a design for a thing." — George Nelson
Research grounds design in human truth, uncovering patterns in behaviour and emotion through observation and inquiry. It transforms assumptions into insights, ensuring every design decision lives with the people it serves rather than the preferences of those who build.
Strategy orchestrates purpose and possibility, defining not just what to build but why it matters in the broader ecosystem. It synthesises business objectives with user needs, creating a coherent narrative that guides products from concept through evolution.
Design manifests ideas into cohesive experiences while establishing the underlying architecture that enables consistency across touchpoints and time. It balances visual intuition with systematic thinking, crafting both individual moments of excitement and the invisible framework.
